At ClothBar, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks, which includes:

• 5–10 business days for the return to reach us
• 3–5 business days for processing
• 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund
