At Fitwala, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping and cancellation policies below.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of successful payment.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • No processing takes place on Sundays or public holidays.


Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery timeframe: 5 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

  • A tracking link will be sent via SMS or email once the order is dispatched.


Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders:

  • Shipping charges depend on delivery location and package weight.

  • Free shipping may be available during select promotional offers.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • COD is available for select pin codes with an additional charge of ₹50 per order.


Address Accuracy

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

  • Fitwala is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.


Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch.

  • To cancel an order, contact us via:

  • If canceled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • If you wish to cancel after dispatch, refuse delivery. A refund (minus ₹120 shipping charges) will be processed after the returned item is received.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders placed during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales cannot be canceled.

  • Customized or personalized orders are non-cancellable once processing begins.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • COD Orders: No refund applicable, as no payment is collected in advance.
