Return & Refund Policy

At Fitwala, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer a smooth return and exchange experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase due to size or any other valid reason, please review the following guidelines.


Return & Replacement Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.


For Refunds

  • If a prepaid order is undelivered due to customer refusal and a refund is requested, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Standard shipping charges vary by location and are approximately ₹120.


For Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item due to size or other issues, the product must be couriered back on the same day of delivery.

  • Items must be sent with original tags and packaging to the address mentioned on the courier slip.

  • Once the returned item is received, the exchanged product will be shipped and may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

  • Courier charges for sending the product for exchange must be borne by the customer.


For Returns

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality or size, you may return the product by couriering it with original tags and packaging to the return address listed on the courier slip.

  • Fitwala is not responsible for any damage during return transit. The customer must ensure proper packaging and safe delivery.

  • Upon receiving the returned product in acceptable condition, a refund will be processed via online transaction.

    • Online Payment Orders: Refund will be made to the original payment method.

    • Cash on Delivery Orders: Customers must share bank account details for refund processing.

  • Return courier charges are to be covered by the customer.

  • We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.


No Return or Exchange on Offer Items

  • Products purchased under promotional deals like Buy 2 Get 1 Free or stock clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.


General Return/Exchange Guidelines

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original tag and packaging.

  • All return/exchange requests will be processed only if they meet the above conditions.
